About the Department
We are thankful to God for cultivating a spirit of prayer in our church. The Prayer Department at BMCC has been essential for spiritual strength and growth for over a decade. Founded in 2012 to improve collective prayer, it has become a devoted " Army," committed to fasting, praying, and advocating for our church and nation.
Why Prayer Worriers?
The department focuses on providing spiritual support and intercession for individuals facing challenges while safeguarding the church spiritual life. It aims to establish prayer as the community's foundation by fostering a connection with God, reviving prayer culture, and combating spiritual apathy. Through practices like vigils, fasting, and daily prayer, it encourages spiritual growth and individual gifts.
Additionally, the department organizes prayer camps and leadership meetings, mission churches, and has made strides in promoting prayer discipline and unity within the church.

We exist to ignite a deeper, life-transforming connection with God, building a community rooted in love and unity. Through fervent prayer, we support every department and lay strong spiritual foundations for every gospel event and church initiative, believing for a church that is vibrant, united, and spiritually alive.

The BMCC Prayer Department has been a foundational spiritual force in the church from 2012 to 2025, fostering a culture of deep prayer, unity, and spiritual growth.
The department holds regular prayer vigils three evenings each week, a 24-hour prayer and fasting session every Tuesday, and a monthly extended fast of 12 hours for three days. Intercessory prayers are incorporated into every service to address the needs of individuals, the church, and the broader community.
