"Wanawake Watumishi wa Kristo" is a Swahili phrase that translates to "Women Servant of Christ," which is origin of the abbreviation WWK. At BMCC, women bring blessings to their homes through prayer, sharing the love and gospel of Christ, promoting within the family, and guiding family members to grow in their faith. We emphasize the importance of these practices in families.
The Purpose
The purpose of the Women’s Department (WWK) is to be a blessing in every area of life—supporting and praying for the Pastor and his family, strengthening the church through prayer and active participation, impacting the community with the Gospel and social support, and praying for and contributing to the nation; all while nurturing unity among women, growing spiritually, and fulfilling God’s vision for service and outreach.

Spiritual Growth and Service
The Women’s Department aims to deepen spiritual life by encouraging regular worship with the manifestation of the Holy Spirit, organizing prayer schedules and vigils, and training women for service in various ministries. It also includes evangelism efforts such as door-to-door witnessing, annual large meetings, and follow-up with new converts.
Community Impact and Economic Empowerment
The department is committed to bringing blessings to the community and nation through prayer, sharing the Gospel, and participating in social activities. It also focuses on improving women’s economic well-being by encouraging income-generating projects, holding economic seminars, and preparing for major events like Women’s Day 2026 through budgeting, planning, and mobilizing support.
Support, Unity, and Leadership
WWK seeks to strengthen unity and cooperation among women by organizing them into zones, encouraging mutual visits, and electing zone leaders. It emphasizes supporting the Pastor’s household regularly, cooperating with section and district leadership through attendance at conferences and meetings, and actively contributing to church and community life.
